Brewed with VOSS yeast, fermented at 39.5 C, used a sous vide water bath to keep temp up; produced lots of juicy orangey citrus flavours snd aroma.
Hops were older so didn’t hit my target IBU and wasn’t intended to be 6%abv, first time doing double crush for BIAB, gave me extra gravity points, was targeting 5% abv.
Was a good beer, fairly balanced, crowd pleaser
