Notes

I generally get higher efficiency so I'm doing this at 6 gallons in the fermentor and adding the 1 oz that came with the kit. The lutra is the dried yeast from Omega not liquid. Adding single packet.

Unsure on the water profile so going for a "standard" light/hoppy profile.
