Notes

Stop! Hammer time!!

'Pe'Can't Touch This' is the perfect fall beer to really soak in some leaf peeping. Not to be confused with the other type of peeping. Full bodied but not too heavy and it packs a flavor punch with some solid roasted pecan flavors. Here's the scoop on them.

Roast your raw pecans in the over at 350 degrees for 20 min (or follow any other roasting recipe). Add .5 lb of pecans to the end of the boil. Anywhere from 10-5 min before boil ends. After primary fermentation ends, roast up 1 lb of pecans and add it to the fermenter for 5-7 days. Feel free to taste as you go to get the right nutty flavor profile.

After that, keg or bottle and enjoy!
