Notes
The Kolsch flavour was completely covered up by the coffee so I will not be using Kolsch yeast next time. Probably -05.
There will be a next time as dry hopping with whole coffee beans made this beer unique, something between a pale ale and a porter. It tasted great. Put a gun to my head and I would call it a "Summer Porter". Everyone who tasted it liked it, and had never had a beer like it. One person wants me to make 5gl for a party he's having, but that's not happening.
I may try making this with cacao nibs instead ... or maybe both.
