Pilsen (Light Lager)
Notes
Crisp. Aromatic. Dank. Delicious.
Can't get enough of these Pilsners.
I built this recipe as an attempt at my first Pilsner. I took a detour route through Pils from my ususal Sauna beer route, just as an aside.
But now I gots me a full ass sack of Bohemian Pilsen, and I may as well be crushing out a few more of these bad boys. I enjoy 'em just as much. Get a few more brew sessions out of this build. Put a few more miles on...
Sauna beer's gonna have to step aside for a while. At least until I get another bag of Canadian 2-row. But I'm okay with that. I be busting these clear lagers styles out like a machine. Always scoring high BHE points.
Bonus round!!
Note: Been doing overnight mash with good effect.
