Notes
Spiced Pumpkin Lutra
Experiment loosely based on YouTube recipes and online sources. Using up a can of Libby's 100% canned pumpkin and the remaining 2.56 lbs of Light Pilsen DME from previous brew.
Using 2017 Northern Brewer (9% AA) hops for bittering. Using 8.5% AA value for time degradation. Vacuum sealed freezer bag opened 7/18/22. Kept in freezer previously and since.
0.50 lbs. Brown Sugar = ~1 cup
0.56 lbs. Honey = 0.75 cup
