I loved the flavour and the subtle Mandarina Bavaria flavours from the mash/dry hop.
The only problem is I stuffed up and mashed too high, so the fermentation stalled early and I had to add 5ml ultraferm. Fermentation started back up again but it fermented down to 1.000 so it's extremely dry and has no body. If I didn't stuff up the mash I think it would be a pretty bang on recipe.

Another theory for why fermentation stalled early is that I used so much flaked adjunct that there wasn't enough diastatic power. So next iteration of this recipe will use wheat malt instead. I suggest if anyone is using this recipe as a reference that they do the same.
