Notes

Kept 2 pounds of LME back until 15 minutes left in boil. Also used one ounce of Cascades and made a hop tea with my french press before adding to secondary fermenter.

Ends up with a nice head, good aroma and not overpowering. Grapefruit definitely lingers on the back of the tongue in a citrusy finish. Was the first beer I got to put in my new keg system. Totally worthy!
