Notes

In progress, transferring from Brew Target and improving the recipe from last christmas.

https://untappd.com/b/13th-bottle-brewery-dark-christmas/3594890

I know, I "should" dial down the IBU and ABV a bit, but this is my christmas take on the Schwarzbier. So I break the rules. :-)

2020 edition changes:
Infusion
About 68 instead of 2019's 65 should give slightly higher FG, which is desirable. Last year it was a bit too crisp and dry for traditional swedish christmas food. It was really good, but there is room for improvement.

Fermentables
Added some CaraAmber, should be...interesting. xD
Added more munich light and removed some pilsen malt as well.
