Notes

After fermentation is complete (7 days), I added 1.2 kg of previously frozen cranberries that I "disinfected" and lightly mashed with 500 ml of Orange tincture (Orange rinds soaked in vodkas for 6 months). I strained the cranberries and added them to the secondary for 7 days (cold crashing after 5 days).

I then added the 500 ml of "Cranberry Orange" tincture that I had saved to the kegging.
