Trying to stay true to the Avery Brewing Co. recipe. Here is the link: https://www.averybrewing.com/beers/ellie-s-brown-ale
Replaced Bullion with Challenger for the 60 minute hops. I have seen the Avery offering as having 17 IBU, Mine is just a tick above that .
Also, this is scaled down to a 2.75 gallon batch.
Going to try priming it to a bit les than 2 vols. Try to keep it a touch malty and stay away from the metallic-y taste....
