Notes
Make a 4 Liter starter of Nottingham 5 days before brewing. Cold crash the starter and decant. Make a 1 liter starter the morning of brewing. Pitch the 1 liter starter into the fermenter at high krausen.
Add 2 spirals of medium toasted oak to a mason jar with bourbon in it.
Hydrate 1/2 packet of CBC yeast 20 minutes before bottling and add it to the bottling bucket. Stir to combine and bottle as usual.
