DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE MOSAIC!!! This is basically a SMaSH, that I'll probably change up a bit more. Maybe S04 instead of S05? Regardless, wow, great beer. Simple IS better.
Dirty Dingo Brewing CO. • 12/31/2020 at 06:10am So I've played with the recipe, and this is it, it's DONE. The current batch could use that bit of v sweetness, and maybe just a tad more bittering, but the Ella is FANTASTIC in the dry hop, so nothing major is ever changing again
