Notes
Brew day - 08/16/20
OG: 1.078
Bottled on 8/29/20
FG: 1.015
ABV: 8.3%
Added the rum to the bottling bucket, along with the priming solution. Really liking the subtleness of the rum in my sample. I really think this one will be special once it's carbonated and aged a little. I'll do a comparison of the actual DB from Founders once it's ready.
Brew day - 9/17/22
Added 1 lb brown sugar to the malt bill. Also added .5 lb Quaker rolled oats to the steeping grains.
Nailed my target OG: 1.092
Kegged on 10/23 after 3 weeks in secondary.
Final Gravity: 1.026
ABV: 8.66%
