Adding 5gm Calcium Chloride to increase Sulfate:Chloride to 1:2, and boiling to try to reduce some hardness. Distilled water dilution may help with this style. |

Notes
This beer was FAR better than it had any right to be. Considering I had a totally stuck sparge, had my hands in it completely to get anything out and worst, my boiler died mid-boil, forcing me to separate it into 5 different stock pots for a divided boil, and only managed about 14 litres in the end.
But it tasted great!
