Notes

This beer was FAR better than it had any right to be. Considering I had a totally stuck sparge, had my hands in it completely to get anything out and worst, my boiler died mid-boil, forcing me to separate it into 5 different stock pots for a divided boil, and only managed about 14 litres in the end.

But it tasted great!
