My Brewing:
Extract brewing since 2018. All grain in 2024 w/ SS Brewtech SVBS AIO system.
Received a silver medal for my CeCi-Mo IPA in the spring 2025 competition sponsored by my local club Tn Valley Homebrewers, Knoxville TN.
My Beers:
IPAs, and Brown Ale primarily, occasional Stout/Porter to add a bit of depth in the conditioning closet.
