Notes

Adapted from Northern Brewer "Bourbon Barrel Extract". Important modifications include additional 1 lb of Dark DME and replacement Hops (NB & Fuggle). Looking for more traditional hop profile.

Plan to ferment @ 65 for 14 days and raise temperature to 67 to finish @ 28 days.

Filled fermenter to 3-gallon mark. Blew up airlock on day 1 with Krausen from vigorous fermentation.
