Notes: Replaced columbus hops with hopshot. 10 IBUs per mL. So add 4 mL. All pellets went into hop spider. Crossflow heat exchanger to bring down to 180 in approx 3 min. Whirlpool hops added at 180F and let spin for 20 minutes, don't let go below 170F. 2L yeast starter with 2 yeast packs and 2 cans of proper starter 24 hrs on stir plate. |

Directions:
To brew this Oskar Blues Dale’s Pale Ale homebrew recipe, perform an infusion mash at 151° F (66° C) for 90 minutes. Ferment at 70° F (21° C), then condition in secondary on dry hops at 60° F (16° C) for at least one week. |
