Add extract and stir until thoroughly dissolved. - Chill to less than 100 degrees. - Strain and funnel to fermentor. - Add cool tap water until desired volume or gravity is reached. - Pitch yeast when temperature is less than 80 degress. - When fermentation is complete, prime with corn sugar, table sugar or carbonation drops.
