Took reading, 1.030SG / 7.8 Brix with refractometer. Corrected with online calculator to 1.013 SG and 3.59 Brix WRI. 6.05% ABV. Almost there. Roused yeast at this point, and again on morning of 23 July. Added Dry hops Sunday 22 Jul. Plan to take final reading on 24 July and cold crash to 26 July, then keg and add Gelatin on 27 July, burst to 30 PSI for one day, reduce pressure and be ready to serve late on 28 July.
