Fermentation took off right away.
Airlock smells great.
8.4 brix FG. 1.014. 6.55% abv.
I pulled the beer off the yeast at 1.014 which I've never done before and it was big mistake. I put this in the keg and it underwent a secondary fermentation for about 2 weeks. It finished and was pretty good. No idea on the real FG. Sent this to the IBU open comp 2024. |
