Still some slight activity. Tasting good, citrus aroma and flavour, some fermentation esters, that faded quickly. Should clean itself up with a few more days. 13/9/24 Lowered temp to 13°C. 15/9/24 Bottled 6 bottles (2.7 volumes CO2) and kegged. 29/9/24 Tasting great.
