Notes
1st time making:
- Made double recipe.
- Used 20lb two row malt. Efficiency was 86% instead of planned 76%. ABV 6.8%.
- Dry hop one fermenter with 1oz citra hops. WAY better than non-dry hopped version.
2nd time making:
- Reduced two row to 18lb to account for higher efficiency. Will be dry hopping all of the double batch.
