Doing a 1/2 mash with pale 2-row, flaked wheat/oats, and specialty grains

Equipment (6-gallon Carboy, (2) 5-gallon bottling buckets)

Primary in 6-gallon Carboy and (1st) 5-gallon bottling bucket

Secondary transfer from Carboy to 2nd bottling bucket, add fruit to each bottling bucket. Add Orange zest/coriander to 1st bottling bucket only.

Bottling Day - If too much trub in 1st bottling bucket, will have to bottle 2nd bucket first, then transfer/bottle.
Move to (2) Secondary 5-gallon buckets, About 3-gallons each, add fruit evenly to each. Add orange
