Notes

I did a primary ferment with Safale 05 and then a secondary in the same barrel dregs as the Bretton's Best beer; thus ulilizing the old Brett yeast and bacteria from that beer. What an amazing result!! Tasty, zany, wild......great beer...went too fast!
