Boil with hop additions at 60 mins and 10 mins
No chill cool overnight.
Tossed in wine fridge got to 20C after another day
Pitched yeast into primary on 14th April.


Bottled May 1st

Tasted after 5 days. Great color but a bit cloudy. Roast barley aroma. Slight toffee/caramel taste. Very low bitterness. Also a bit "green" very light grass taste will leave in bottle longer.
