Made 2L starter. Rehydrated per instructions.
First mash check @ 30 min 1.075.
second mash check @ 50 min 1.082.
Mash finished at 1.085.
Mash out 10 minutes @ 165.

Recovered 7.75 gallons.
Pre boil gravity 1.045.
90 minute boil. Added 5oz of dme to get to 1.061.

Set grain bed for the first ten minutes.
Set temperature control to 157 to maintain 152 in tun.

1 wIrlflock tablet time at 15 minutes left in boil.
1/2 teaspoon of yeast nutrient with ten minutes left.
Fermentation bubbles in 7 hours.
Fermentation temperature 63 degrees.
Strong at 2 days.
Fermentation went for 7days.
Gravity 1.016 day 7.
Gravity 1.014 day 12.
Day 7 dry hopped 3 oz. Citra pellet 12.5 aa.
Kegged day13.
