Notes

I had previously tried the Forest City Brewers version of this clone recipe which came out great (thanks guys!). The original is an all Citra recipe so decided to give it a shot with an all Cascade (for aroma and flavor) version. Used Chinook for bittering,

Not as string on the grapefruit notes as the Citra version (as expected) but fairly citrus-y nonetheless and easy to drink. Probably will make it again in the summer.

I don't know my water chemistry at this point so have been using a mix of about 70 % distilled H2O and the rest spring water. Since I'm brewing with extract anyway, this works out fine.
