Notes

I added 2 ounces of cherry concentrate to the keg after the primary to get more aroma. It worked! You could tell there was something different after the primary in terms of the added cherry but once it was added to the keg you knew it was cherry. Not overwhelming but definately noticeable. Perfect!

Not too sweet. Not too dry. Can taste the roast from the chocolate but not overwhelming. Good lingering maltiness and breadiness. I’d definately make again.
