Notes

Into fermenter @ 68 F and fermented @ 68F. Bottled after 3 weeks. This is a nice beer. Plenty of Scottish character and flavor with less sweetness than a 90+/-.

Bottle conditioned at pretty low carb with 3 oz corn sugar. I will increase carbonation for next bath. I might tinker slightly with this recipe, but first change will be the carbonation.
