Mashed at 153, should have been at 156. Og at 1.0465. Pitched an additional yeast because i moved fermenter. First few day ferment at 68-70 then between 61-63 after day 2. Maybe put too much hops in, think to reduce next time to 1.5 oz. Reading on FG at 1.015
