Simple 2 gal batches to try out some alternative fermentables in place of wheat in a Hefeweizen. 50/50 split of pilsner malt and the variable (flaked wheat listed in recipe, but replace with):
Spælt-weizen: using spelt flour and Spalt hops.
Milletfruh-weizen: using millet malt and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops
