Notes

Recipe created for Arsegan 50L all-in-one brew kettle.

Intended to mimic an Oktoberfest beer. Aka Märzen.

Great balance of malt and hope. Incredibly drinkable lager, but with 6.1%.

Used a yeast starter. Fermented at 10C.
