Notes

Fermented at 61 for 7 days. Ramped 3 degrees/day for 4 days.

Used 87% Brew House efficiency. This was too high. Used about 37lbs of grain but added about 5 gallons extra of water. It adjusted up some but still came up about 15% short of predicted OG. Changed target to brew pot after boil and set to 86% ending kettle efficiency. This bumped the grain bill up by about 15%. I believe this increase will put us closer to target next brew.
