Started mash @0845 - temp 156°F

0945 - Mash out at 165°F, collected 8 gallons @ 1.057

1215 - added hops, boiled for 60 min

1315 - cooled to pitching temp

1400 - added USO5

Kegged on 2/16 using the 1.5 gal of krausen. Landed at 1.030 seems high. Added lactose at kegging

4/30/20 - Great beer but I would drop lactose back to 1/2 lb...a bit too sweet at 3/4s
