Heavy malt backbone with not too heavy of a hops bite. The hint of pine on the back-end makes a pleasant yet complex finish. This has become my favorite recipe to rotate ingredients. Next version I plan to flip flop the ratios on the steeping grains for the 20L and 60L with the hopes of getting a lighter colored beer with essentially the same flavor profile.
