Notes

mashed 4 gallons and grain at 153 to start, about 60-90 min. Strike water was 161.

was 146-147 by end of mash 75 min later. Removed bag and let drain in bucket. then added 1-2 qt tap water and dunk sparged, it sat for about 5 min then I drained bag again in bucket and squeezed a little. Poured back in along with .5-1 qt of tap water into kettle to hit about 3.8 gallon (think was 210 on yardstick?)

Boiled 60. Was about 180 ish on yardstick at end of boil.

was perfect volume for better bottle fermenter, about 2.75 gallon.

Brewed 7/21/19.

Chilledi n fridge at 64 for 3 ish hours then pitched 1 pack dry 34/70.
