Notes

Brewed on 5/11/2019. OG hit 1.060 for 68% efficiency. Used .025 for grain mill gap. Milled only once. Ended up a half gallon low, boiled off more that I expected or should have squeezed the bag more. FG was 1.010 for 6.5 ABV. Flavor is great. Bitterness might be a bit low. May want to add another .25 oz to the 60 minute addition. Overall a solid beer.
