Notes

These hops are amazing! I could be wrong, but I think i taste more red fruits and blueberry or blackberry or something? Excellent hop all on its own. If anything, I may lower the hop additions across the board. I feel like it's a great balance of hop bitterness and flavor/aroma, so I'd like to keep the balance. Just maybe lower the overall amount.

Color is a little darker than I'd like. I closed transferred into a purged keg, so I don't think its oxidation, though it seems to have that color. Maybe lose the honey malt next time?

Still overall tastes great and super hoppy!
