Notes

1st Brew:

  • Mashed at 68 for 60 mins
  • 15l mash plus 3l sparge. Started mash before realising I'd put too much water in
  • Gravity was higher at 1.054
  • Fermented for 7 days with dry hop on day 3.
  • Had to bottle before holiday else would've left for 2 weeks.
  • FG 1.012 / 5.5% / 77% yeast efficiency
