Notes

2nd time brewing. First time was really good and cleared nicely. Really close top original Yellow Rose in side by side comparison. However efficiency was low (13 lbs of Pilsner ground at Homebrew party) and ended up with about 1.052 OG. Beer was a little on the plain side. Used Belgian pilsner this time and set new mill to 0.045" gap. Hit OG right on target. chilled to 75 and put in chamber. Pitched at 69°F after a couple of hours, in the afternoon. Bubbling and 1/2" krausen by next morning
