Notes
  1. Steep the grains in 2.5g of water @ 150° for 25 minutes
  2. Pull the grains, let it drain, don't sparge.
  3. Bring water to a boil.
  4. Add the LME and the corn sugar. Return to a boil
  5. Add the 1oz of the El Dorado.
  6. Boil for 30 minutes
  7. Add the 1oz of Cluster
  8. Boil for 30 minutes
  9. Terminate boil. Cool to 70°
  10. Ferment. When fermentation is complete rack to a secondary.
  11. Add 2oz barrel chips.
  12. Let it sit for another week.

Great recipe!
Following this recipe I made an amazing tasting beer! And just in time to share with my family for New Years! Everyone I share it with has loved it so far.

Great nutty aroma, higher on the bitterness scale than I was expecting but I like it, smooth smooth finish!

This will be one of my regular brews for sure.
