No water salts added.

Whirlfloc and Yeast Nutrient added with 5 minutes left in boil.

Start fermentation at 20C and raise 0.5C each day for 7 days. Ferment for 2 plus weeks total.

Keg and cold crash. Once cold add Gelatin for fining agent.
