OG was extremely low 1.023
Boiled for an extra 15 min

  • Same hop addition except for the 60 min, switched to 75min
    Reasons for Low OG:
  • pH was high 5.67
  • Sparge was not mixed enough
  • Lautering was to fast
    ** Did not wait long enough for all of the wort to be removed from the Mash** <br />
    

    Gravity after boil was 1.037

    Roughly 16-17 liters

    Airlock was not sitting in place had to tape in down
