-1/2 tsp Szechuan peppercorns
-1 vanilla bean scraped and cut
-1/2 cup roasted pistachio extract (roast 1/4 cup of pistachio of 350F for 8 minutes---->steep in 1/2 cup near boiling water---->remove pistachios and freeze---->scrape oil from the top before adding to tertiary)
