Notes

Steep crushed grains for 30 minutes in 155F water. Remove grain bag, drain but do not squeeze. Bring water to boil. Add malt extracts and bittering hops and boil for 45 minutes. Add Fuggles and boil for another 15 minutes. Cool. Add water to bring volume to 5 gallons and pitch yeast.
