Notes

OG turned out to be 1.059 with about 5 gallons of liquid. So I watered it down with 1 gallon of ‘artisan water’ before pitching.

Pitched at about 60, and put in my mini-fridge with a Johnson controller set at 60F. Next morning the beer was fermenting, but was at about 63F. Tried to turn on fridge more. Maybe around 62F.

Also note: I LOVE the smell of liberty hops!
