Notes
The yeast used was: Real Ale Yeast from CROSSMYLOOF Brew, England. (dry packet)
Bottled after 10 days.
Bottle conditioning for several days, then resting in the fridge for a few days made the flavor come out quite nicely - a nice ale that didn't reek of grapefruit.
Used A&W Root Beer 0.5 liter PET bottles for conditioning (I have had troubles in the past with the half liter PET bottles from the home brew store exploding too easily. Also, A&W Root Beer bottles cost only about $12.00 or less for 24 bottles at Walmart and you get the root beer to boot. A case of 24 half liter bottles at the home brew store runs around $18.00 or so and you may have to pay extra for caps.)
