Notes
1-19-21- Not a true NZ only hopped beer but want to go with NZ and other hops. Used FF for bittering as they are getting old. Citra dry hops may overrun NZ hops but we'll see. I know lots of hops but with my sinus issues I need a lot to taste them.
- Ended up with 3.25 G in fermentor.
- OG 1.062
- Started to sleet while brewing - some water from the brew Gods.
- Fermenting nicely after 9 hrs and looks about done after just 36 hours, but will give another week before dry hopping. Dry hopped for 9 days, was busy.
- FG at 1.023- guess it’s the US-33 yeast and maybe high temp on mash. 14 22 oz’ers
- After 4 weeks in bottles I must say one of my best. US-33 gets a bad wrap but it tastes great and has a killer aroma - NEIPA like
- A few months later and I'm enjoying this one a lot
